Farmhouse | Rose Cottage | Tithe Barn Rose Cottage Sleeps up to 5 + Cot + High Chair The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double that can be made into a twin room on request and 1 twin that is approached via a carpeted staircase with a stair-gate at the top. You will enter into a large south facing conservatory that acts as the kitchen/diner with electric cooker, dishwasher, f/freezer, washing machine, dining table and some comfortable seating. The conservatory is a warm and very light room with a fabulous feature ceiling with doors that open out onto the cottage style garden. Cosy living room with inglenook fireplace, woodburner, TV and the staircase to the twin bedroom. Ground floor family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Corridor to the double bedroom. Bed linen, electric, logs and oil fired CH included. 1 dog welcome. Enclosed lawned area with a trampoline. Outside of the fenced area is a vegetable garden where you are welcome to sample the vegetables when in season. At the bottom of the garden is a small pond.
